Shelly is a GPL-3.0 Android app that pairs a real Termux-derived terminal with chat-first AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) so you can build software from a phone, built with Expo/React Native plus native Kotlin and C modules and distributed as a rolling APK on GitHub Releases. Its creator, a creative director rather than an engineer, states every line in the repo was generated by AI under their direction.
